ORDER

The application is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for an order of pre-arrest bail.

2. The petitioner apprehends arrest by the

C.E.N. Crime Police Station, South Division, Bengaluru, Karnataka, in Crime No.541/2024 for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Sections 419 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 66C & 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

3. When the application came up for

consideration on 30.04.2024, this Court ordered notice to the second respondent / Investigating Officer and directed the second respondent not to arrest the petitioner till 23.05.2024, in order to enable the -:3:- petitioner to work out his remedies, in accordance with law, as per the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Priya Indoria v. State of Karnataka [2023 KHC Online 6997] and the law laid down by this Court in Samdeep Varghese v. State of Kerala [2010 (2) KHC 881].

4. As the time period fixed by this Court has
