JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a stage carriage permit holder operating on the route Palakkad - Pattambi in respect of stage carriage KL 09 AF 0029. Due to the introduction of new services on the route, the petitioner preferred Ext.P3 request before the respondent for revision of timing. The limited prayer of the petitioner is to give a
request. Having heard both sides, this writ petition is disposed of with a request submitted by the petitioner for revision of timing of his service after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the affected parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
