After arguing this matter for some time, the learned counsel for the appellant sought permission to withdraw this Writ Appeal, with liberty for his client to invoke other remedies before the learned Single Judge, including an application for review of the judgment. In the afore circumstances, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as having been withdrawn; however, with the afore requested liberty being left open; but clarifying that the rival submissions or contentions have not been decided.
