JUDGMENT

When this matter was considered by a learned Judge of this Court for admission, the following interim order had been issued: Admit. The learned Government Pleader takes notices for respondents 4 to 6. Issue urgent notice by special messenger to respondents 1 to 3.

In the meantime, there will be an interim order

directing the 4th respondent to give adequate protection to the petitioner for removing the ordinary earth, strictly as per Ext.P3 and renewal thereof, if any. Post on 30.04.2024.

2. Today, it is conceded that the validity of Ext.P3 has expired.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, sought

permission to withdraw this Writ Petition, with liberty being reserved to his client to approach this Court again appropriately.
