The learned Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has not been arrayed as an accused so far. This is recorded and the Bail Application is closed. However, it is made clear that, if the Police require the presence of the petitioner in connection with the allegation made in this bail application, he shall be issued with a notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C., if the offence alleged is punishable with imprisonment for less than 7 years.
