ORDER
Dated this the 25th day of April 2024 This is an application for quashing Annexure A FIR alleging commission of offences under Sections 354(A)(1)(i), 354, 323, 324, 294(b) and 506 of IPC. Matter has been settled with the aggrieved persons herein. Annexures B and C are the affidavits sworn to by the informant as well as the aggrieved witness.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor also submits that
verification has been done and the settlement is genuine one. In the said circumstances, no purpose would be served by proceeding with the matter and conducting the trial which would just be an abuse of the process of Court and waste of time. Hence Annexure A FIR stands quashed. This Crl.M.C. is disposed of as above.
