ORDER

The son came up against the father, aggrieved by the order of maintenance at the rate of Rs.5000/-. It was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the father never looked after the affairs of the petitioner or his mother at any point of time. As such, he is not bound to maintain his father. The very submission cannot be sustained. There is no other reason to interfere with the order of maintenance.
