Dated this the 7th day of May, 2024 This is an application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 filed by the accused persons in Crime No. 228 of 2024 of Peramangalam Police Station, Thrissur. Originally, the offences made mentioned in the FIR are under Sections 341, 143, 147, 148, and 307 of IPC. Subsequently, Section 326 also was added.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that, after investigation, Sections 326 and 307 were deleted. A copy of the ..3.. report filed by the Investigating Officer is also produced for perusal.

4. In the report, it is stated that, Sections 326 and 307 of IPC
