This transfer petition has been filed to transfer O.P.No.1241/2023 pending before the Family Court, Irinjalakkuda to the Family Court, Thrissur.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

3. The petitioner is the wife of the 1 st respondent. Respondents

2 and 3 are the parents of the petitioner and the 4 th respondent is the brother of the petitioner. O.P.No.1241/2023 has been filed by the 1 st respondent against the petitioner and the remaining respondents for return of gold ornaments. It is submitted that another original petition between the same parties is pending at Family Court, Thrissur as O.P.No.1617/2023. Since both matters are connected, it is just and proper that both are tried and disposed of by the same Court. The petitioner is a native of Thrissur. Hence, this transfer petition is allowed.
