ORDER

The application is filed under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code, for an order of pre- arrest bail. The petitioner apprehends arrest by the Perinthalmanna Police in an unknown crime for allegedly committing a non bailable offence.

2. Heard Sri.Mohammed Aslam P.A., the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Smt.Seetha S, learned Senior Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions,

submits that, the petitioner is the sole accused in Crime -: 3 :- No.438/2024 of the Perinthalmanna Police Station registered against him for committing the predicate offence punishable under Section 354D of the Indian Penal Code.

4. On a reading of the bail application, none of the

details pertaining to the incident, crime number or the offences have been mentioned. The bail application is vague and lacks the requisite details, particularly the accusations levelled against the petitioner. Therefore, in view the conspicuous absence of the elementary details, I hold that the application is not sustainable, and the petitioner is to be directed to file a fresh application after incorporating all the requisite details.
