Dated this the 1st day of February, 2024 It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the representation submitted by the petitioner has been favourably considered and a decision has been taken to carry out the work by including the same in the works to be carried out utilizing the own funds of the Panchayat. It is submitted that further steps for repairing the road in pursuance to its being included in the project using the own funds of the Panchayat will be taken without delay. The submissions in the affidavit are recorded. This contempt of court case is, accordingly, closed.
