Dated this the 4th day of March, 2024 This is an application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 filed by the sole accused in Crime No. 1602 of 2023 of Karunagappally Police Station, Kollam, registered under Sections 506, 354, 354-D, 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code.
