In the light of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Narcotics Control Bureau v. Mohit Aggarwal; 2022 SCC OnLine SC 891, and also by this Court in Muhammed Kaiz v. State of Kerala; 2024 (2) KHC 218 , I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
