This Contempt case is filed alleging violation of the Judgment

dated 17.08.2023 in W.P.(C) No.25202/2023. This Court directed to disburse the amount within six months, and if the amount is not paid, there is a direction to pay interest @ 9%. Therefore, there is no Contempt in it. The petitioner is entitled 9% interest from the date on which the time fixed for disbursal is expired, as per the Judgment.
