The application is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for an order of pre-arrest bail.

2. The petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No.1719/2023

of the Pothencode Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram registered against the petitioner for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Sections 403, 406, 418 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Heard; Sri.K.Rajesh Kannan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri.C.S.Hrithwik, the learned Public Prosecutor.

4. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions,

submitted that the Police after investigation have found that the petitioner is not involved in the crime. Therefore, the petitioner has been deleted from the array of accused. The said submission is recorded. In the light of the above submission, the bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
