JUDGMENT

This writ petition was filed seeking enforcement of Ext.P1

order which directed the removal of certain encroachments by

respondents 7 and 8. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the encroachments were removed on 8.11.2016. Taking into consideration the submission of the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed making it clear that, if the petitioner has any subsisting grievance, it will be open to the petitioner to apply for reopening of the writ petition.
