The above writ petition is filed with the following prayers: “i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the interview and physical ability test to be held from 05.10.2015 to 15.10.2015 for selecting the persons to the cadre of workers in Kerala Minerals and Metals Ltd., Chavara. ii) Pass such other writ, order or direction as prayed for by the petitioner in due course which shall be just and proper. iii) Award the cost of the petition.” SIC

2. When this writ petition came up for

consideration on 01.10.2015, this Court passed the following order: “Admit. Govt. Pleader takes notice for R1. Smt. Latha Anand takes notice for R2 to R5. The petitioner shall be permitted to participate in the process for recruitment to the post of Junior Worker subject to the result of the writ petition.”

3. In the light of the above order, no further

order is necessary in this case.
