JUDGMENT
This writ petition has been filed being aggrieved by the fact that no orders have been passed on an application filed by the petitioner before the respondent under the provisions of Section 3G of the National Highways Act, 1956.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration today, it
is the submission of the learned Government Pleader that the application filed by the petitioner before the respondent under Section 3G of the National Highways Act, 1956 has been considered and disposed of and, therefore, nothing further survives for consideration in the writ petition. Taking into consideration of the submission of the learned Government Pleader and considering the relief sought for in the writ petition, I am of the view that nothing further survives for consideration in this writ petition.
