JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with the following prayers:

1. Issue writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ,

order directing the 1st respondent to consider Exhibit P3

application within a reasonable time and as per law after giving an opportunity to the petitioner to be heard

2. Issue writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ,

order or direction directing the 1 st respondent to take

further steps in Exhibit P1 Order as per law within a specific time frame. 3.Such other reliefs which the Honble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstance of the case.

2. The main prayer is to implement Ext.P1 order.

:3 : Ext.P1 is only a provisional order passed by the Panchayat. If the final order is passed based on Ext.P1, the petitioner can agitate the same separetely.
