JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed with following prayers :

i. “Issue a Writ of Mandamus or direction directing the 1 st respondent Government to proceed with Ext.P1 in a time bound manner. ii. Or if the 1st respondent government is not willing to proceed with Ext. P1 acquisition proceedings, issue a writ of Certiorari or any other writ order or direction calling for the records leading to the issuance of Ext P1 sanction order and quash the same. iii. Such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.”

2. It is submitted by both sides that from 14.10.2021

onwards, the Trivandrum International Airport is taken over by the Adani Trivandrum International Airport Limited. If that is the case, the prayers in this writ petition are infructuous.
