This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash Annexure-A1 FIR, Annexure-A2 Final report and the proceedings in S.C.No. 317 of 2020 pending before the Special Court for the trial of offences under the POCSO Act, Alappuzha.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration,

the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the trial court. Permission is accorded.
