JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

“i) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction to respondent No.2 to grant the family pension to the petitioner w.e.f. 06-09-2007; ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction to 6th respondent to transfer the Disburser’s Portion of the Pension Payment Orders to the 4th respondent with communication to the 3rd respondent and intimation to the petitioner and pass an order or direction to the 2nd respondent to expedite the decision on the request of the petitioner. iii) To issue such other writ, order or direction which this Honourable Court may deem and fit and proper to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

2. When this Writ petition came up for consideration on 20.03.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Pleader submits that,

if the petitioner has any grievances, the same is to be agitated before the Central Administrative Tribunal. Since, there is no representation for the petitioner, this writ petition need not be retained here.
