2. The issues relating to Pension Scheme benefits are

now covered by a judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Employees Provident Fund Organisation and another v. Sunil Kumar B. and others [2022 SCC Online SC 1521]. In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the

judgment in Employees Provident Fund Organisation and

another (supra), this writ petition can be disposed of.
