JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with following prayers:

i. issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to immediately disburse the Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity and the commuted value of pension to the petitioner with 12% interest on the aforesaid amounts for the entire period during which its payment is delayed. ii. issue other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. iii. issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to refix the DCRG in terms of Exhibit P9 order and disburse the same with applicable interest to the petitioner forthwith. iv. declare that the amount fixed as liability in Exhibits P3 and P4 order is without authority and illegal and direct the respondents to pay the entire DCRG due to the petitioner without deducting the alleged liability. 2. When this writ petition came up for consideration,

the Government Pleader handed over the documents to show that the petitioner received DCRG. The same will be part of the record. In the light of the same, this writ petition is closed.
