ORDER
Dated this the 28th day of May, 2024 This Criminal Miscellaneous Case has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to quash all further proceedings pursuant to Annexure-I FIR No.975/2014 of Central Police Station, Ernakulam, where the prosecution alleges commission of offecnes punishable under Sections 417, 468, 471 read with 34 of IPC by the accused .
2. No representation for the petitioner.
3. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner is not
intended to proceed with the matter, this petition stands dismissed for default. Interim stay in the matter of issuing warrant against the petitioner stands vacated.
