JUDGMENT

The writ petition pertains to a challenge against a symbolic possession notice dated 17.2.2018 issued by the Mahindra Home Finance.

2. I find that though the writ petition was filed in the year 2018,

no interim order has been granted till date. In such circumstances, the writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is thus dismissed as infructuous.
