Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the directions contained in the judgment of Single Bench pertain to the academic session 2020-2021, to the University to take all necessary actions against the petitioners-respondents, in view of non-compliance of the interim order dated 13.08.2020. It is further contended that the session is over and the institution affiliated with the University no longer exists. In this view of the matter, nothing survives in the appeal.
