Dated this the 24th day of July, 2024 This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 and 2 in CMP No.58/2022 in S.C. No.72/2021 on the files of Fast Track Special Court, Perumbavoor, seeking to set aside the order dated 25.04.2022 in the above said Crime.
2. Today, when this case was taken up, the learned counsel
