Dated this the 22nd day of January, 2024 ANU SIVARAMAN, J It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on either side that the parties have settled their disputes and a compromise application is filed as IA No.1/2023. It is submitted that pursuant to the agreement, the parties are now living together. Having considered the contentions advanced and having heard both the parties, the compromise application is allowed. The Mat. Appeal is closed as not pressed, in the light of the compromise entered into between the parties. The terms of the settlement are recorded and the parties shall be bound by the same.
