ORDER
Under the guise of this revision, the entire proceedings before the trial court was stalled for a period of more than ten years, ie., right from the year 2014 onwards. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner fairly submitted that he is not pressing the revision presumably on the reason that there is no sufficient ground to allow this revision. Hence, the Criminal Revision Petition will stand dismissed as not pressed, with a direction to the trial court to take up the matter as expeditiously as possible and adjudicate the dispute involved in this case.
