This Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.4269/2016 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Trichur arising from Crime No.425/2010 of Cherpu Police Station.

2. As per the e-court service website, the evidence in this

case is already started and NBW is issued to charge witness. In such circumstances, I am of the considered opinion that, this Court need not interfere with the case. The trial court will try to dispose the matter, as expeditiously as possible. With the above observation, this Criminal Miscellaneous Case is disposed of. Sd/- P. V.
