The above Criminal Miscellaneous case is filed for following prayer :- “quash Annexure A2 final report and all proceedings in C.C.No.147 of 2019 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Attingal arising out of Crime No.2180 of 2018 of Attingal Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram District.”

2. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel

for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will be satisfied if a direction is issued to dispose of the matter expeditiously. I think that the prayer can be allowed.
