Road, Ravipuram, Ernakulam in the interest of justice.”

2. When this Crl.M.C came up for consideration on 24.02.2015, this Court passed the following order:

“The learned Public Prosecutor takes notice for the state and seeks time to file statement on instructions. The SHO/Investigating Officer will report the circumstances and necessity of steps to freeze the bank of the petitioner and her husband as part of the investigation. Post after ten days.”

Thereafter the case was never listed. Today when the matter came up for consideration, there was no representation for the petitioner.
