JUDGMENT

The petitioner herein is the respondent in Ext.P2 interlocutory application preferred in O.S. No.3/2023 pending before the IIIrd Additional District Court, Thiruvananthapuram. An ad interim order of injunction was passed against the petitioner, who was the respondent in that interlocutory application. The short grievance of the petitioner is that no final order has been passed in Ext.P2 interlocutory application. The petitioner seeks early disposal of the said interlocutory application.

2. Having regard to the limited relief sought for,

this Court is of the opinion that the notice to the respondent can be dispensed with. There will be a direction to the IIIrd Additional District Court, Thiruvananthapuram to hear and dispose of Ext.P2 interlocutory application on merits, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

3. Learned counsel also request this Court for a

direction to consider and dispose of Ext.P6 interlocutory application. This Court is not giving any peremptory direction with respect to that interlocutory application, except that the learned District Judge will consider the said application and pass appropriate orders appropriately.
