The petitioner has filed Ext.P-6 before the 2 nd respondent claiming approval.

so far, there will be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to pass orders in accordance with law, with notice to the petitioner and other affected parties if any, within an outer time limit of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
