JUDGMENT

The petitioners are the absolute owners of 46.53 Ares of land in Nedumpura Village, Thalappilli Taluk in Thrissur District. They have approached this Court seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3, Form-6 application filed under the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules, 2008.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the

petitioners and the learned Government Pleader. In the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration that Ext.P3 is a statutory application, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent/RDO to consider and pass orders thereon, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
