Dated this the 25th day of July, 2024 This Criminal Miscellaneous Case has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to allow this case, setting aside Annexure III order dated 12.12.2023 in CMP No.114/2023 in S.C.No.1951/2013 of the Assistant Sessions Court, Neyyattinkara and thereby dismissing Annexure II application seeking alteration of Annexure I charge.
2. Today when this case was taken up for consideration,
the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this case may be dismissed as withdrawn and a memo has been filed to that effect. Hence this Criminal Miscellaneous case is dismissed as withdrawn. Sd/- A. BADHARUDEEN JUDGE MJL
