Dated this the 5th day of January, 2024 Petitioners herein are the petitioners in O.P. (Succession) No.2/2023, pending before the Sub Court, Nedumangad. Petitioners seek expeditious disposal of the said original petition.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the

petitioners, this Court is not in a position to accede to the prayer sought for in this original petition for speedy disposal of an original petition, which was filed in the year 2023. The relief sought will frustrate the legitimate expectations of those litigants, who have filed cases earlier, and who are waiting in the queue, pending adjudication. ..3.. In the circumstances, this Original Petition will stand dismissed. It would, however, be open for the petitioners to file necessary application before the Sub Court, Nedumangad, or for that matter, the court having charge of the said court, espousing urgency, if any.
