The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to pursue the remedies under the Amnesty Scheme that is expected to be notified.

2. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Coercive proceedings pursuant to Ext.P3 will be kept in abeyance for a
