After arguing this matter for some time, Sri.V.T.Madhavanunni - appearing for the appellants, sought permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty for his clients to approach this Court again through a fresh appeal after he attempts to have IA No.1/2021 in OP No.981/2019 restored before the learned Family Court, Kozhikode.

2. Smt.Bindhu Sreekumar - learned counsel for the respondent, did not oppose the afore request.

3. In the afore circumstances, this appeal is dismissed as
