2. This petition is filed challenging the notification dated 16.08.2022 passed by respondent No.1 marked at Annexure-G which has prescribed the time limit to complete the course.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would also submit

5. It is not in dispute that said order in W.P.No.19097/2024 has attained finality.

6. It is stated that petitioner No.1 has cleared the exam. If so, respondent No.1 shall issue the marks card and necessary certificates to petitioner No.1.

7. It is stated that petitioner No.2 has not yet

completed the course and has availed one attempt out of three extended attempts. Hence, petitioner No.2 is entitled to two more attempts to complete the course.
