engaged by the respondent for filing an appeal before the Hon’ble Supreme Court against the judgment of this Court. But before the appeal could be filed, she has been arrested in another case.

2. Issue production warrant for securing the presence of the respondent before the Court. The Jail Superintendent, Dullena Jail, Jhajjar is directed to produce the respondent herein before this Court.

3. List on 16.03.2026.

4. In the meantime, the latest nominal roll of the appellant be requisitioned from the Jail Superintendent concerned.
