letter dated 16.02.2026 of the General Manager (T)- KNT, National Highways Authority of India (“NHAI”) addressed to the Authorized Signatory of the Appellant. The said letter dated 16.02.2026 is taken on record.

3. The said letter states that the Appellate Authority of NHAI had considered the issue and, accordingly, the period of blacklisting / debarment has been revoked w.e.f. 09.02.2026.
