1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.

2. The present petition under Section 24 of the CPC seeks the following

prayers: “a) Transfer the case bearing HMA. No. 1925/2024, titled as Rishabh Kumar V/s Komal Gola, pending in the Court of Sh. Naveen Kumar Kashyap, Judge, Family Court-02, Central, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi to the competent court of . Judge, Family Court, South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi. b) Pass any other or further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, in the interest of justice.”

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on account of the fact that compromise has been arrived at between the parties.
