1. A perusal of the record reflects that the certified copy of the

Order dated 27.02.2025 [hereinafter referred to as ‘Impugned Order’]

passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal [hereinafter referred to as ‘CAT’] which has been placed on record by the Petitioner is incomprehensible. The Impugned Order is concluded at printed page no. 40 of the paper book, while printed page no. 41 vaguely begins with some Para no. 2 going up to page 57 but there is no conclusion.

2. A perusal of the Impugned Order reflects that CAT has taken up

two Original Applications (‘OA’) bearing Nos.2266/2023 and issue. On one hand, the OA filed by the Respondents was disposed of with liberty to file a fresh OA for it was very clumsily drafted and on the other hand, the tribunal has also proceeded to issue certain directions simultaneously.

3. Keeping in view the aforesaid position, the present Petition is

disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to file an appropriate application before CAT for clarification/modification of the Impugned Order. The pending application also stands closed.
