13. In this case, the possession of the lands of the

Petitioners has admittedly been taken and compensation has also been paid into the Revenue Deposit Account. Accordingly, in terms of the decision in Indore Development Authority (supra) , the Petitioners would only be entitled for release of the compensation, along with the applicable interest.

14. Accordingly, it is directed that the compensation in accordance with law, be released to the Petitioners within a period of two months from the date of this order.

15. The Petitioners are free to approach the LAC and obtain their compensation by 30th April, 2026.

16. If the compensation is not paid to the Petitioners, in terms of their respective awards, the Petitioners are free to file an application in the present petitions for seeking appropriate orders.
