1. Learned counsel representing the Petitioners submits that,

during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, the Respondent No.1 has been deputed in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and in view thereof, he has instructions not to press this Petition.

2. He, however, submits that the legal issue arising in the present case with regard to interference with the order of transfer and posting be kept open.

3. Learned counsel representing the Respondents submits that he has no objection to the same.

4. In view of the above, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed, with the legal issue kept open.
