appearing for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to move the Central Administrative Tribunal1 by way of a substantive OA raising the grievances advanced in this writ petition, in view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in K. Ajit Babu v. 1 “the Tribunal”, hereinafter Digitally Signed W.P.(C) 6548/2026 Page 1 of 2 Union of India2.

2. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

3. In the event that the OA is filed, we request the Tribunal to deal with the matter as expeditiously as possible and, if possible, to take a final call thereon within a period of six months from the date of filing of the OA.
