(PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA) The petitioner calls in question the act of the employer placing him under suspension and a direction to reinstate him back into the same place.

2. Heard the learned counsel Sri.Ravi Hegde along

with the learned counsel Sri.Vinaykumar Bhat appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel Sri.Prashant Hosmani appearing for the respondent-Corporation.

3. The challenge in the case at hand is to the

order of suspension on 02.01.2025. During subsistence of

the petition, it transpires that the Corporation has revoked the order of suspension on 11.02.2025 and the petitioner -3- has joined back to the place which he was directed to report.
