1. This petition has been filed with the following prayers:-

“(a) Issue a Writ, order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent to pass a reasoned order deciding the Post Confirmation Petition U/s 117(2) of the BSF Act preferred by the Petitioner against Findings and Sentence of the Ld. GSFC and Revision GSFC conducted in respect of the Petitioner; and

(b) Award the cost of Litigation in favour of the

Petitioner;”

2. Mr. Siddhartha Shankar Ray, learned counsel for the respondent states

that the respondent shall decide the post confirmation petition filed by the

petitioner within eight weeks from today as an outer limit and the decision would be conveyed to the petitioner. The submission is taken on record.

3. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, liberty shall be with the petitioner to

avail remedy, in accordance with law.

4. The present petition is disposed of.
